I have been practicing yoga on and off since 2000. I got hooked in 2015 when I realized what good it does not only for the body but for the mind as well. I teach all levels of vinyasa style yoga as well as restorative and yin. I earned my 200 hour RYT certification in 2017.
I've been teaching indoor cycling since 1999. I've recently been doing Yoga for Cyclists workshops that can help any cyclist gain flexibility and power.
I have my ACE Group Fitness Certification. I have experience teaching many different styles of groups fitness, but my favorites are Boot Camp/Body Pump style and Athletic Conditioning classes.
